issues when loading waypoints

I have a Dynon Skyview classic d/1000
Software license for sv-map-270
Trying to upload my waypoint list.
Encountered a problem with the upload/
The file was compiled using Excel and saved as .CSV format
Under the root directory and the file is listed when trying to upload it from the load file screen.
I edited the file according to Dynon instructions (with the title bar they mentioned)
receiving an error message 0 waypoints were loaded.
Has anyone encountered same problem and managed to solve it?

I had this problem last week when trying to upload a list of Aussie airports.

I am not certain this fixed it, but originally, I did not have the header included, the "short name", "long name"... thing, nor did I have the "Dynon waypoint file..." comment at the end of it. I had also spelt Longitude incorrectly, so doublecheck your spelling of the first line items.

What I think happens is it will load as many waypoints until it gets to a line with an error, so if it doesn't load a single one, odds are the fault is either in the header, or the very first waypoint.

I have the header line spelled correctly but dont have the "Dynon waypoint file...",,,
will add this to the header line and will pray...
