Do you know when the Jeppesen Navdata for Europe will be updated with the new airspace features in version 4.0?

It's not for sure yet, but it should be the 1211 cycle that becomes available 10/9/12, effective 10/18/12. Jepp's working on communicating that to their subscribers directly.
