Jumping CHT and oil temp

Hello,

there is a little problem with my SkyView: Every time the flaps are operated (the motor draws quite a lot of current and the voltage drops below 12V) the cylinder head and oil temperature go up a few degrees (original Rotax 912S sensors). This can be seen clearly in the log files.

What should I look for? Insufficient ground connection between EMS module and engine? Noise in the system caused by flap drive motor? Anything else?

The system ist factory installed so I do not know all the wiring details (yet).

That sounds like an insufficient ground between the engine (where the sensors are mounted are grounded) and the rest of the electrical system.

I agree the problem is common to both and intermittent, check connrectins.
