Assuming you have an older EMS unit, there is a filter they can install on them to limit this effect. Newer units ship with the filter already installed.

Skyview com? New or existing antenna?

This is a classic symptom of too much Radio Frequency (RF) in the cockpit. The antenna could be bouncing back RF into the cockpit. Check your comm coax cable at both ends. What type of coax cable are you using for the com? What type of antenna are you using? (There are some junk antennas out there). Check the antenna installation for corrosion.

It could also be caused by EFIS/EMS/Com bad grounds/cables

I had this on a customers Glassair. When he keyed VHF, all the EGT's went up a hundred or so degrees.
He would also lose satellites on his GNS430W
The VHF 1 and 2 antenna coaxes had been routed inside wiring looms behind the panel and down through the centre.
Also, the builder had used RG-58 coax.
I pulled the coax out, replaced it with RG-400 and ran them standing off from the wiring looms, problem solved.
I did however read at the time about the updated EMS too.

Dynon had a fix they applied to the EMS module at one time. I returned my module for them to do this. They turned it around same day and there was no cost to do this (at least at that time but it has been a few years).

This was my experience when I had the same issue but again, it was a few years ago.
