Putting together a parts list for my RV's electrical system. I'm following the AeroElectric Connection Z-11 wiring diagram. But, it seems to me if Skyview provides a low voltage alert, I don't need the AEC9005-101 Low Voltage Monitor and associated LED light. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

You don't need the LV light since the Skyview will alert you, it's up to you whether to add it or not, it would be redundant. Skyview can also be wired with an external warning light.
BTW, the Aeroelectric Connection book has rev M of Z11, which I gather is what you are looking at, it's up to rev P now. The latast Z dwgs are in the "Adobe_Architecture_Pdfs" folder at http://www.aeroelectric.com/PPS/
For whatever reason, rev P shows a B&C LR3 regulator which has the crowbar and LV warn built in, and the regulated voltage is adjustable. It's up to you which regulator to use.
Z101 is the latest template from Bob where he shows optional features in colors other than black.

Skyview EMS has provision for an optional external warning light to prompt you to check the EFIS to see what the problem is. You're gonna get an audible warning though.

Nearly everything in the panel these days has a low-voltage alert - and Dynon has the ability to make it an aural alert in the headset at well, for both low-voltage and high-amperage discharge from the battery.
