Loading new SkyView updated map and other upgrades

I have a F1 rocket project that is now completed and flying very well, when I load the 10.1 and other it says I have the wrong Version . Sky View was purchased in late 2012 I think. Should I be using other than 10.1 ?

Can you describe exactly what file you're trying to load and the exact message that you're getting?

The update file for Seattle Avionics each month is 18,000 I have a slow internet and takes me 2 days to download. Why can't you just download certain sections of the country and not download all the approach plates?

Hi,

The total # of plates is about 18,000 but the system does incremental updates so the # downloaded each month should be MUCH smaller. For the next cycle, there should be < 1000 plates updated so very quick.
