Local time vs UTC in top bar

Is it possible to show local time vs UTC in the top bar?
My search here and the latest manuals were no joy.

Sure, setup menu, local display setup, and something about time. It will let you choose zulu or local. You can even choose it per screen if you have multiple screens.

I selected local time for a while but switched back to zulu when I couldn't adjust for DST. Did I miss something?

Admittedly it's a but weird, but the time zone is set in system setup because's it is a setting that all screens share. Then what time is displayed on that local screen (Zulu/local) is done in local screen setup.
