Locking for SV units by OEMs?

I am consulting for an OEM who needs an EFIS for their production aircraft, the ArrowCopter (www.arrow-copter.com). The EFIS will be a Dynon SV 1000. But the question remaining is whether the SV setup can be somehow "locked" against changes in the screen layout. This feauture is required by the certification authorities who want to make sure that a user can't accidentally get rid of certain instruments available only on the EFIS display. We have been using MGL Voyager units so far, and they did support a 3 level locking scheme.

Thanks, -- Chris.

Chris,
SkyView supports a variety of locking methods for OEMS, and you can choose what is locked and what is not. Screen configurations are just one of the things we can lock.

Please contact our support team directly via phone or email and we can get you more specifics on this feature.

I just want to be able to change the splash screen to my own picture :).

Maybe a photo of MEEEEEEEEEE :) No, just kidding...a photo of the airplane would be just fine LOL!
