Map Hours Counting Down w/No Flight

I have been taxiing my plane and haven't left the ground. I guess due to higher rpm my hrs are counting down. Is there a way to keep this from happening (besides fly!)?

The map should only count down in flight, which is defined as airspeed or GPS speed greater than 15 knots.

If you really do use up a lot of your hours before you fly, you can call us and we can give you a code to reset it (but this can only be done once per screen).

Thanks for that. I have been doing lots of taxiing learning to raise the tail and control my new plane. I'm down almost three hrs now but I know I haven't taxied that much! I may be contacting you. CW

After trying to load the latest nav data I get a message saying I have no subscription. I have about 20 hours left of the 30 hours before you have to have the subscription

Are you trying to load Dynon USA data or Jeppesen data?

I downloaded version 3.1.1 and it installed fine. I have tried to install both the dynon av data and obs data and on both I get a no map subscription I am using Dynon USA data

What is the EXACT wording of the message you are seeing? And at what point are you seeing it?

The file is listed as av data faa 3.1-1109dup
When I push load and it says are you sure push yes it tries to load and the message Load Failed in upper left corner with "no map license" in the center date for the data is 8/25 - 9/21

LOCAL DISPLAY SETUP>LICENSE>MAP? NOT LICENSED. I guess this means I have used up my 30 hours but my Hobbs meter shows 19 hours since I started using the map

Yes. The trial uses IAS/GPS to sort out movement, not engine.
