I have a Skyview HDX, and a GNS-480 as a navigator. When I have two different flight plans in the HDX and the GNS, a strange thing happens on the Map Info column. Attached are two photos. The first shows the GNS flight plan on the left, with the next waypoint being CMK and the destination being KOXC., and the second photo shows the Skyview flight plan with BDR as the next waypoint and KBED as the destination.
In both views the GNS is the selected source.
But note in the Map Info Column the NEXT WPT is CMK (GNS's next waypoint), and the DEST WPT is KBED (Skyview's Destination). Is there a logical reason for this? I would have expected the Map Info Column to show only the currently selected source.
