      I've got a couple questions reference the Mapping software..

Is purchasing this mapping license a one shot deal (I pay for it only once )

I live in Canada ( within 100 miles from the US Border ) and with the latest database update of your website, I'm missing airports ( Like CYUL for example ) Is it because I didn't purchase the mapping software or a Jeppensen database yet or is it just missing?? :-?

Yes. One shot detail for the software license (the mapping software itself).

The free US FAA data includes some of Canada, but we wouldn't expect it to be perfect. I can't say with certainty what the criteria for inclusion is, but it's basically airports within 100 miles. If I were guessing at what it's missing, I would guess smaller/private airports.

Also, note that a common criticism of Jeppesen data is that it doesn't include private airports, and there have been reports of other smaller airports missing as well. Our European customers, as well as others, tweaked us to this fairly immediately upon Jeppesen data support release, and we're looking into how we can best serve all our customers with other aviation data options.
