mapping cert redemption

I payed the £400 (OUCH!) subs as my trial run out and I got a piece of blue paper with codes on it. i then followed the instructions to redeem this piece of paper for I take it a code?? nothing has arived on email after 3 days? am i doing something wrong?? go easy on me as I am only a pilot, this is a bit of an effort just to get my map to work :'(
