I’ve recently replaced my Dynon SV1100 in my Jabiru.
It was a simple swap in a fully functional setup. The old SV1100 has some minor issues that require it being sent back to the factory.
I had access to a new SV 1100 still in the box. So all the modules, battery and attachments etc are all the originals but fully functional.
The new SV 1100 required remapping of the sensors and setting up the AP and AoA. That was fairly straightforward.
Something that I can’t work out.
The Nav mode is not functional at all.
Pressing the Nav Button on the AP panel gets no response of any sort.
If I open the AP page on the screen the Nav Button is blacked out. Visible but black. ( not the grey mentioned in the manual).
All the other AP functions seem to work.
The GPS module is attached and functional and track and heading modes work fine.
Both a flight plan or a simple go-to plan can be inserted and used without the Nav Mode.
I’m guessing there’s something I need to set up or some box I need to tick but I’ve missed it or can’t find it in the manual.
Anyone have any hints?
