New buyer

I just took delivery of a new Remos GX NXT with dual Skyviews. They both booted up for the first three flights, but now the right side screen only produces colors and vertical black lines. The left screen seems to work fine but no airports are seen on syn vision. What do I do? :-[

Having airports/mapping/navigation depends on having the latest SkyView software, the latest databases installed (available from our site for US customers for free, or from Jepp for international customers), and a mapping software license (or the free 30 hour trial for the first 30 hours of flight time).
