I've currently got a Skyview and was considering adding either the SV-XPNDR-261 or 262. What would the value be in upgrading this from my current KT76C transponder? I have flown both TIS and ADSB equipped aircraft and have found the TIS to be fairly worthless in the small percent of targets it displays. Is there some future capability to the new transponders that may make this more worthwhile? I also see a Dynon note about needing the 261 over the 262 for possible 2020 ADSB compliance--why wouldn't the 262 comply if used below 18K and 175 knots? thx for any opinions..Tom
