Sorry about that. Ours literally came together in a few hours. It's macro-enabled, so probably needs "real excel".
Just wondering if there will, might, could be an upgrade option for existing GPS-250 owners. It seems a waste to just throw the old one out, as i would think most people will opt for the 2020 version going forward. Anyway, a suggestion to throw out there.
Actually I found there are many who have an approved GPS already in a different box, who have no need or desire for the 2020, so there is a market out there for the old 250. I sold mine on Vans Air Force Classified in 15 minutes, did not need it laying around collecting dust.

It can be used as a secondary/backup GPS source (although, not ADS-B qualified).
Can SkyView supply enough current at 8V to power both GPSs?It can be used as a secondary/backup GPS source
Good to know. Thanks.Yes, a single SkyView screen can power (2) GPS modules.
Question for the Dynon guys (again!): AirServices Australia requires notification of surveillance capability as part of the flight plan, and there's several options depending on what kind of ADS-B equipment you have.
Does the SkyView transponder meet the "Enhanced Surveillance" requirements (roll angle, AP SEL ALT, VS, BARO Ref, etc...) or is it "just" ADS-B Out?
I've tried going through the various TSO's, but can't quite find the answer myself, either way.
