I'm troubleshooting non-functional cap fuel probes and verified all wiring. I then checked for 12v on pin 15 of the ems and found zero. Is the ems fused or otherwise protected on the 12v out to sensors?  Is there anything I can do to further troubleshoot?

All other ems functions are working well. I also verified that 12v is not shorted to ground.

The 12V to the EMS actually comes straight from the SkyView screen on pin 5 of the SkyView network D9 connectors. So the first thing to verify is that you have that wire connected and the voltage is on the harness.

The output is only good for about 80mA and is protected by a self-resetting fuse, so if you are trying to draw too much power from here you will get 0V until you remove the load completely.
