For months my Skyview has worked fine. GPS data coming from Garmin 300xl. Upgraded to Jan. version OS 14. Now, in flight this message 'No ADSB GPS signal lost' . While this is continually popping up the track/distance to waypoint is fine. At the same time my plane is being shown as a boogie. With traffic warning. Reverted to version 13. Everything works AOK. Upgraded to Feb version of 14. thought dynon might have fixed this problem. Nope. Contacted dynon about this and sent diag. log. They say i'm the only one who has ever reported such a problem.... (they suggest-go back to 13)
Question--- Has anyone else had a similar issue??

How is the 300XL connected to the transponder? Direct to the transponder, or only to a SkyView serial port?

No matter how connected, the 300XL is not an approved ADS-B source, so it will be SIL=0. Seeing yourself is a target is expected since the FAA changed the ADS-B rules in early 2016 to require SIL 1 or greater. You'll need a SV-GPS-250 until 2020, or a SV-GPS-2020, or a approach certified IFR navigator.

Yes, I saw the same message for the first time with V14 on Saturday, using a GSP-250 as an ADS-B position source. *Never* saw this message previously (3 years of flight).

Ah, it's probably gone by now...that was Saturday morning, and I flew for more than hour after that event... :(

If it does it again, I'll get a diagnostic file right away and send it.
