No Audio after software upgrade

I loaded the updated the latest version of software to my SV 1000 and 700 and now have a red warning message Audio Sub System fail. The audio has gone. Any ideas.

I have called, spoke to David, (very helpful). I have downloaded the diagnostic file onto a memory stick and loaded via your web tool. Looking forward to next steps.
