A few days ago, I was testing a new antenna installation, and it turned out to interfere with my GPS antenna. No big deal there, I relocated it, but...
I was getting alarms that would happen so quickly, every few minutes, that I couldn't see what they were on the screen (although I pretty much knew what it was this time). By the time I got to the button to see it, the alarm had cleared and wouldn't show up. This was a *system* alarm, not one that is user-configurable, so there wasn't any way for me to change the setting.
Dynon may wish to consider holding even self-clearing system alarms for some period of time so that a user can see what they are. Here's the log for one of the events:
I know it *says* it was up for 24 seconds, but I know it wasn't anywhere close to that long...more like 3-5 seconds.
Anyway, just a suggestion.
