North UP / Track UP

I have SV-700s NO touchscreen.

Can I change MAP from North UP to Track UP at will in either TERRAIN or SECTIONAL setting?

How?

The track up works great for the base map/terrain. All the words are rightside up. Pick North up for the charts unless you are very good at reading upside down.

So there's no "easier" way like with the touchscreen?

There is not. However, you can have the vector map and sectionals configured differently so that the sectionals are always north up if that is the reason you are asking.
