Hi
D100/ 180 Do I connect my OAT to my remote compass per the instructions for the D10A?

I have been told thats the old way and that it should connect directly into the EFIS db plug.

Thanks

There are two OAT models, they're each connected to different places. Neither is the "old way".

If your OAT has two wires, it gets connected to any of the 3 EMS GP inputs on the D37 connector.

If your OAT has three wires, it gets connected to the EDC-D10A remote magnetometer. (Technically, you can also connect this probe to the EMS GP input as described above. If you do that, you ignore the red wire and connec the yellow and blue wires (irrespective of polarity) in the same way as described for the two-wire install).

None of the OATs are connected to the EFIS D25, though.
