OAT Installation

I am installing the Dynon 2 wire OAT probe to my FlightDek180.
The manual informs me to use one of the GP inputs, but doesn't add any instruction about a pull-up resistor from the 5V excitation, as it does for other sensors connected to a GP input. Is this deliberate, or an oversight?

This is deliberate. The OAT does not need a pull-up.

Thanks, I've revisited the setup, and now the OAT seems to be working (reading ambient temp, which it wasn't before. While trying to figure the problem I thought the lack of pull-up resistor might have been an issue.
