Pink and white diagonal bars

On a couple of occasions I have had pink and white diagonal background colored bars appear on my non touch skyview screen. Other than the background appearance all systems functioned properly. What is going on here? :-/

During start-up or while in-use? If the former, not an issue if momentary. If it's happening while in use/in flight, there might be something up with your display. In that case, give our support team a call at 425-402-0433 or an email at support at dynonavonics dot com.

I have been occasionally getting the pink bars too. I think it has to do with the data being received from the ADS-B ground station. When I scale the map it changes the pink bars as well. Sometimes the whole map is pink and I think that is happening when the data is not current. I fly in an area that ADS-B reception is intermittent due to mountains. Not sure about any of this though.

If we're talking about the purple bars that can show up on the map only - and only when you have weather on - those are areas of the map that haven't received NEXRAD data. You'll see them as lines because of the way data is received. Jrskygod - not sure if this is what you're seeing though. Take a picture for us?
