PIREP on v11

So far heard issues and little feedback with v11 features. Anyone who has it installed and flown, be interested in a pilot report, hopefully positive

I installed it last night and flew for about a half hour to check it out. It went well no problems. The main thing you are going to notice, it took nearly an hour to load the big north american database update! It's 2.5 gigs or so. Wow, it was slow. luckily I was going nowhere and was in no rush. At first I thought something was wrong cause it took so long to start moving from 0% to 1%. then I noticed it was creeping up, but slowly. The version 11 update and the other database updates were much quicker. Once up and running it functioned perfectly. The things I noticed was the airport VFR indications, cool. I tried to figure out the loading of BARO into PFD from the nearst airport, but couldn't get it working. Once on the ground again I read the manual and saw how it's done. I also tried the distance to a VOR but didn't get the distance. I think I didn't leave it on the VOR long enough. I did not notice anything different in the look of the map page yet. I'm flying on Long Island, NY, very flat so not a lot of detail on the map.
