After a few hundred hours of perfect operation my autopilot's pitch function is playing up (RV-7 with FlightDek 180, AP74 and SV2s) If I change the altitude with the knob on the AP74 from say 4,000ft to 2,800ft the aircraft will descend past 2,800ft and then start climbing (after asking me for a pitch adjustment) and then will climb past 2,800ft. These keeps on until I disengage pitch function. If I select alt at a particular height and then don't change it all seems to be well. It's changing height that causes trouble.
