Pitot-Static for RANS S-19 Venterra?

I am planning to buy the unheated AOA/Pitot Probe (#100141-000 ). It requires a mounting bracket. I noticed on the Dynon website that they offer Builder Support Products. There is a Pitot Mount Bracket for the VANS aircraft. Would this bracket work for the RANS S-19 Venterra? Is the installation pretty straightforward? Why might it be restricted to the VANS aircraft? It just requires a metal surface like an inspection cover. If you have that in the appropriate place you will be fine.

Yes, you'll need a pitot tube mount like the one linked below. I'm not familiar with the RANS but they likely have a forum like this for some assistance.

Before you go ahead with this I have a question - what is the thickness of the wing skin & inspection plate in the area you may want to install the pitot tube ?
