I installed a Dynon heated AOA Pitot tube and saw very small holes on the bottom of the tube. What are they for? Are they used with the ram air or the AOA part of the tube? What will happen if they clog/ice up?

I believe the are there to allow any water entering the pitot to exit. They should not ice up with the heated pitot.

It is normal.

They are moisture vent holes that drain moisture that ends up inside the tube. As phantom said, they should not ice up with the heated pitot.
