getting ready to install my flap motor and wiring and the POS-12 ray allen senser. Looking at the wiring instrx I am not sure what wires I need. On the sense there is a white/orange, white/green, white/blue. The instrx only state the white/green as the "signal return". Is this the only wire I need to connect to the SV EMS.

It needs +5V and GND on the other two lines. I don't think it matters which is +5V and which is GND, except the white/green is the sense. If you get them backwards it will just have a high to low output rather than low to high. See page 7-41, second last paragraph of the SV Installation Manual.

Ok...so, I see where the POS-12 power is to be 5volt. I see on the EMS 220 pin 18 (white/red) is the only 5 volt pin, which also goes to the manifold pressure sensor., I am assuming then it is okay for me to split this line in 2 and have one end go to the MP sensor and the other to the pos12...please advise.

Yes, you can split the 5v line.

Pin 18 is the 5V output, and it can handle a max of 300 mA of current.

Kavlico sensors use 5 mA each.
Trim/Flap sensors use 5 mA each.
MAP sensor uses 10 mA.

You should check to be sure that the POS-12 doesn't use more than 250 mA @ 5V.
