DS is sending me a replacement screen, I should have it next week and will give an update then. I couldnt asked for better service, outstanding dynon !

maybe I have the same problem with a new SV700.
I tried it with 1 screen and 1 GPS-Modul for the first time ever.
System seems to boot, vent is runing, after about 5 seconds a white cursor appears in the top left corner for about 2 seconds, system reboots. No chance to start the system. No idea, which SW release is installed.
What do you recommend ?

That does, unfortunately, sound like a hardware failure. Please get in touch with our tech support staff at 425-402-0433 or at support at dynonavionics dot com.

The new screen has been fitted and we have been running them for a few days now with no problems. I dont even get the white screen when booting. I still dont have the backup batt connected yet.
One thing I have been doing now is that I shut down the skyviews screens first holding button 1 in. Once both screens have turned off, I then turn aircraft power off. I dont know if this does anything other than make me feel better, but its working.

Guys, I had the same issue and Dynon support was superb. They replaced both my screens which is painful sending from Australia to USA and back. However to date I have not had another issue. Not flying yet but getting closer. The only thing I am concerned about is the battery back up and i am not game to connect them yet as it seemed this is where my issues started. Looking forward to confirmation on re connecting the back ups?

update.
Screen 1 ( was screen 2) now is also playing up. Sometimes will not boot at all, or halts on dynon logo, or reboots 3 times then works ok. The replacement screen ( now screen 2 ) has not faulted so far..........

So 3.2, which should drop in the next couple of weeks, should fix a whole bunch of power-on related issues. If waiting for that works for you, then just hang tight for abit longer. If that doesn't, then, get back in touch with our tech support team.
