Pressure altitude and heading to GTN 650 failing

For some reason (most likely inferior operator skills), pressure altitude and heading information aren't making it to my GTN 650.  Reference this thread for more information.

On taxi out, after everything has had sufficient time to acquire GPS satellites and settle into the groove of being powered on, the GTN spits out the message shown in the attached picture.

Here's how the GTN ARINC settings are configured:
Code:
ARINC 429 In 1: High | EFIS Format 2
ARINC 429 In 2: High | Off
ARINC 429 Out 1: High | GAMA Format 2
ARINC 429 Out 2: Low | Off
SDI: Common

Here's how the SV-D1000T is configured:
Code:
MODULE 1
      INPUT SPEED: HIGH
      INPUT 1: GPS 1
NAVIGATION SOURCE DISP NAME: GPS GTN
      INPUT 2: NAV 1
NAVIGATION SOURCE DISP NAME: NAV GTN
      OUTPUT SPEED: HIGH
ALLOW AUTO SWITCH: YES (LABEL 100P)

And here's how it's wired to the SV-ARINC-429:
Code:
P1001-10 - D25-23
P1001-29 - D25-11
P1001-48 - D25-25
P1001-67 - D25-13
P1001-8 - D25-3
P1004-23 - D25-10
P1004-24 - D25-22

What am I missing?  Thanks for your time!

P.S. this has been going on at least since SV v13, and continues on v15.0.3.

So we fly an airplane that has this combo regularly, so we're confident it works. I don't have all of the settings in front of me right now, but I'll have a look through everything next time I'm at the airplane. The settings look right against our manual. He You should also check the input data test page (in setup) to see if any data is getting to the unit. If nothing were getting there at all (wiring issue), you'd see multiple things missing.

So, here is what the ARINC test screen looks like--I couldn't find an "input data test page"; could you be more specific about what you'd like to see?

Additionally, none of the RS-232 input screens (on the GTN) showed any activity. I assume this is normal--my understanding is heading/air data is transmitted via ARINC.

Thanks for your help with this!

Edit: typo, and added RS-232 info

Bump after a week--any chance you've taken a look at the settings?

Also, I'm happy to pull more test info from the GTN if it helps resolve things.

Merry Christmas!

First, one thing is not clear. Has this ever worked in this plane, or has it been like this since it was installed?

Something very odd is up. Here are the labels we transmit:

100: Selected Course
101: Selected Heading
102: Selected Altitude
147: Magnetic Variation
203: Pressure Altitude
204: Baro Corrected Alt
210: True Airspeed
211: Total Air Temperature
320: Magnetic Heading

Here are the labels I see from your GIF:

057 : SPARE
166 : North/South Velocity
167 : Position Estimate Uncertanty
173 : Localizer Deviation
174 : East/West Velocity
230 : Left outer probes capacitance
275 : MISC
276 : MISC
277 : Fuel transfer and CG status

In other words, none of your labels make any sense for any device in a plane. Almost looks like repetitive noise.

Troubleshooting:
1) Does the stream of data on the ARINC inputs page stop when you turn off all SkyView screens? If not, that's not even coming from Dynon. You likely have a wiring issue.
2) If it does stop, then double, double check your speeds.
3) If the speeds are right, this could be crossed wires. You may have ARINC A going to ARINC B and vice versa.

Aha!

I owe whoever wrote the post above a beer. SV-ARINC-429 D25-25 and D25-13 were swapped. I apparently both installed AND verified it incorrectly...

Just to close the troubleshooting loop, here are the answers to the post above:

1. Yes, the ARINC stream displayed on the GTN stopped when I turned off the Dynon.
2. Speeds checked!
3. ARINC TX A went to GPS ARINC 429 IN 1 B, and ARINC TX B went to GPS ARINC 429 IN 1 A

Furthermore, the error did not show up initially after installation. It started appearing when I entered the GTN's Main System Configuration and changed both Heading Source Input and Altitude Source Input to "Connected". Obviously I don't know if this is a valid setting or not...but if it is, it might be a good idea to include it in the SV installation manual.

Thank you for solving this one. Picture attached of gloriously appropriate ARINC labels!
