Problem after updrading V5.1

Hi,
I have just bought a skyview 10" (V4.0) with EMS. I downloaded the western europe quick update package to skyview 5.1 and loaded the new file. After the upgrading process, the skyview reboots normaly. During the boot process it tries to upgrade 'RTIO manager', but the 'rtio update status' stay at 0%. After one minute, the boot process continues with the last message 'Starting network manager ... Done'. The Map is displayed with the correct GPS position BUT i can't use any button or joystick. The only action possible is to reboot the skyview with button 1-2 and 5 !
Does anybody have an idea ?

Did you pull out the USB before it rebooted? Try sticking it in again and reboot. It takes a couple of reboots to fully update.

You may want to try and download the files again as one may have been corrupt.

Are you able to get into setup by pressing buttons 7/8?
