problem with Arinc 429 and skyview

yesterday I was setting up my skyview network with the new 3,0. The configure system recognize the arinc and was asking for un update. I did the update but since I do not see any more the Arinc.

Any idea?

whatever I tried today, impossible to find it. I have a dual SV1000 dysplay. I change the cable I did the configuration on both screen : nothing...

just RED. no blinking!

I Phone today to the french distributor, he told me to place the ethernet cable. I am going to try...

I tried to plug the ethernet cable and that does not work either.

So RED LIGHT and that's all!

The ethernet cable is for database sharing only - it does not have anything to do with software or updates. If the light is solid, something may be wrong with the unit itself. Please give us a call at 425-402-0433 or an email at support at dynonavionics dot com for next steps.
