problems about the screen

my EMS D-120 is not light now,I thaink maybe some problems of the screen.I want to know how can i do to solve the problems?thank you.

If there's definitely power getting to the screen (and you've checked this at the D37 connector) You should give us a call at 425-402-0433 to arrange an RMA.
