Radio and Intercom @ Startup

I have a Dynon VFR Quick Panel with the Advanced control module. I have an intermittent issue at startup as follows:

If the avionics switch is in the "On" position before the master, and I switch the master switch to "On"....the system starts up nicely...every time.

However, if the avionics switch is in the "Off" position before the master is switched, and I switch the master to "On"...then switch the Avionics to "On"....sometimes the radio and intercom do not start up. Then, the only solution I've found is to cycle the master with the Avionics left in the "On" position. Cycling the Avionics switch does not solve the problem.

Any ideas? I'd like to start up with one screen, get the engine running, and then switch the alternator, avionics and auto pilot, but this little snag prohibits that (sometimes).

Do you have a wiring diagram? Sounds like you may have a misplaced diode.

Ray....all the wiring is done inside the Advanced Control Module (part of the quick panel). Basically.....I dropped it in place and connected the wires.

Works great....except when it doesn't!

When you say they don't start up, do you mean that they do not power up at all? Or that they start up but the radio doesn't connect to SkyView. Or put another way - what do you see on the com radio's screen?

There is nothing on the com radio screen...it does not light up

Hi,
I have the same problem (radio console won't come alive unless it is powered up before the Main Display boots), so if there is a resolution to this, can you please post it here ?
I have the Skyview Touch 10", plus the 8.33 radio
