I changed them for AN515B6R8 black screws ordered from Aircraft Spruce. The HEX screws are nice but easy to damage. Now all screws in the dash are the same.

Just to keep everyone on the same page: The original question was on a D100 (and would also apply to a D180 or D120), and what size the built-in hex screw is. We also include loose screws with a hex head for mounting the SkyView products, but these have a much smaller head than 7/64.

Thanks, I appreciate the reply.
I tried 7/64ths and she spun. SO I went to the local tool store and acquired a 1/8th inch which slid into place and did the job.

EFIS D100 -WRONG AGAIN. I mixed the holders for my Allen wrenches and now find it IS 7/64ths for the mount.
