Red X through Fuel Flow Widget?

Should the fuel flow widget have a red X through it when the fuel flow sensor is disconnected? I removed my red cube this weekend while doing some troubleshooting for low fuel flow indication and when I powered up the HDX the fuel flow widget didn’t have a red X through it. If I disconnect the oil pressure, MAP or fuel pressure their widgets will all have a red X through them. Is this normal behavior for the fuel flow widget? I want to be sure it's not due to miswiring or a bad EMS.

There is a difference between the pressure sensors and fuel flow sensors. When pressure sensors are removed they don't produce the analog input value and the Dynon display can report this as a invalid value so the widget can be crossed out. For the fuel flow sensors, the sensor output gives a number of pulses to indicate the fuel flow, so more pulse means more fuel flow, zero pulses just means no fuel flow. But there is no possiblility for the Dynon display to recognize this as a removed sensor (which also generates no pulses), so I think it is understandable that removing the red-cubes doesn't result in an crossed out widget

Makes sense. Thanks.
