This worked perfectly before i updated to 15.3.3 last week. Now the vertical speed required works when a destination is selected from the 'direct' menu and loaded into the flight plan, but it no longer works if the flight plan is sent from foreflight. Again, this worked perfectly before the last release.

Same problem here! I am using Oz-Runways with Wi-Fi dongles. Really miss the VSR. I also found you can get it back if you use the "Direct To" menu into the Flight Plan.

that is correct as Rob said. exporting the flight plan from foreflight and it just shows the VSR -----
As a (extremely annoying) workaround, on the last leg of the flight select "direct to" the destination on the dynon and then it will populate the VSR. This was just broken in 15.3.3 as it worked fine from foreflight before that.
