I sent my D100 in for repair after they promised it could easily be fixed. Screen was a bit dim. Turnaround was supposed to be "10 working days max" Its now 3 weeks since they received it and unless I scream for a response by email I get nothing. Multiple calls to them go unanswered. I asked for it to sent back to me as is and all they said was, "we're looking at it now". 4 days later, still no further info. Still waiting.
I have other options for fixing it, but they don't seem to want to communicate nor return my device.
