Hello Experts,

In my RPM gauge the name "RPM" is written twice (two lines, see attached screenshot).

How can I remove one of this lines?

Thanks
Johannes

SETUP MENU > EMS SETUP > SENSOR SETUP > RPM RPM

Change "SHOW SENSOR UNITS" to NO

Am I correct in thinking we Rotax owners can't remove the second 'RPM' when the standard Rotax settings are in use?

I looked and the RPM line is greyed out in the set up menu. Did I miss something?

If not and if I ask really nicely, could the second 'RPM' be dropped in a future update...? ;)

Thanks for the pointer on the Rotax issue. For now, you can work around it easily. Change your engine type to "OTHER", go into RPM setup, turn off the units, then change the engine type back to ROTAX. The units will stay off when you do this.

Excellent - that worked, thanks.

I was hesitant in doing that initially, as some time ago I changed the oil temp name from 'OIL' to 'OIL T'. That resulted in the restricted RPM green band staying restricted. Presumably the oil temp was no longer recognised to trigger the full green arc at 50 degC oil temp.
