Rotax 912iS start: generator shift

As part of startup, Rotax recommend checking that generator shifts from generator B to generator A once engine speed advanced above 2500rpm. Ability to show the 'active' generator (understand this is available from canbus) would enable this.

Or perhaps an alert that can be configured if the RPM is above 2500 for 5 seconds, and the generator has not switched to "A"
