Rotax Oil Pressure

Your help yesterday was appreciated on the battery wiring. Now I seem to have an issue with the oil pressure widget as there is a red X over the gauge. I believe I was told by Dynon I was to use the oil pressure sender that comes with the Rotax 912 uls. Is the red X always there if the engine is not running? Also I have two small gauges along the bottom of the screen that I can not identify. I have one screen so the instruments are along the bottom of the screen. Looks like one might have a % icon next to it. IMG_2716.jpeg
Also, I cannot seem to delete EGT 1&2 off the screen even though I have removed them in the programming. I used #3-4 as these are the cylinders I have the egt installed.
I’v built several planes over the years and this will be my first glass panel. I am liking the process but I have much to learn.
Thanks for all the help.

The red X means the widget isn't receiving a signal, doesn't matter if the engine is running or not. Have you verified that the mapping of the pins is correct? Not sure what the two small gauges are along the bottom, although you have them as active widgets that aren't receiving a signal. Looks like one may be percent power, if that is the case did you configure the engine monitor for a Rotax engine. %Power is only for Lyc/Cont engines. Review the screen layout editor and scroll through the widgets to identify the unknown ones. Regarding EGT, you can not remove the unused bars from the widget as it assumes you will have 4 probes. You can remove the labels as you have done, but that't it. I believe your only alternative would be to install two separate widgets like you have for CHT and configure them for EGT. Hope that helps

Thank you for the info. I had a nice conversation with Dynon and we have it all worked out. For the EGT’s you can eliminate the unused bars if you use egt 1 &2 and not 3-4. If you use 3-4 as I did the systems assumes you have 1&2.
