RV-8 Roll servo not found

I am having some trouble with an autopilot setup in my RV-8. The aircraft is under construction and has not yet flown. I have a dual screen Skyview and pitch and roll AP servos. During a network configuration the system detects the pitch servo and I have been able to upload the latest software no problems. The system does not see the roll servo. I have good wiring out as far as the wing root but before I go through the hassle of pulling the servo out of the wing I am wondering if there is anyway to know if the unit is getting power. If it has power but not data signal is there a change in the resistance to turn the servo? Is there anyway to check the data wires to know if they are connected to the system (voltage or resistance?).
Cheers

Unfortunately, since the servo does not have a light like our other SkyView Network devices, there isn't a way to tell if it's the servo or the wiring independent of the SkyView display seeing it. You also won't notice any change in resistance or other behavior at the servo itself unless SkyView is seeing it and the servo is engaged.

Mia Culpa,

The roll autopilot servo was the first Dsub connector that I put together. Turns out if you don't put the pins in the correct socket they don't work. Works just fine now its been corrected. I do like the red lights on all the other gear.

Cheers
