Screen Blackout 10"

Up graded to 10.1 while not happy with the process it eventually concluded upgrade.
Started plane the dynon booted up ok
ran for 3 to 4 minutes then 10" screen went blank with error x
7" screen ok
Powered down then applied power for new boot up
10" Screen remains black 7" screen ok
tried 1 2 and 5 no response
unit appears to be functioning properly as vp-x unit shows no fault but screen remains black
any ideas

Added info
after along period of non activity turn master on
10" screen boots up ok
after a period say 5 mins screen ADAHRS EMS goes to error mode with red x
AT THIS STAGE CANNOT ENTER MENU
12 5 BOOTS TO BLANK SCREEN
PRESSING AND HOLD BUTTON 1 CAN INITATE REBOOT
Is it possible to restore ver 10.0
I would like to down load from Dynon 10.1 again and try updating again.

Hi Bruce
If heat is the issue then that's probably a function of the Jabiru panel design as it's basically a box without provision for heat, that builds up, to escape. I'd insert some mesh grilles into the top of the glareshield to let the heat flow out. I also have some of that (black stainless steel mesh - as used on house doors security screens) & can post some to you if you want.

Have yet to hear back from Dynon (weekend)
given them info on performance
External heat or ventilation I'm sure is not the issue or cause of the problem
I believe my unit is faulty for what ever reason ???
Probably will have to return it :-/
