Seattle Avionics ChartData file issues

I'm still having problems with SA's ChartData Manager. Previous comments about ChartData Manager being an orphaned product appear correct. I went to the SA support page and ChartData Manager is not even an option. Nor is a convenient contact method listed for their ChartData Manager Tech support team.

This is a screen print of my downloads. The FAA_av2609_ob2605.duc 7KB data file is the most recent from ChartData Manager. The FAA_av2609_ob2605(1).duc 9,024KB data file is from Dynon Support page.

Anyone have the SA Tech Support contact email info?

It worked for me the other day. I googled and found a download page.
