Took advantage of the $49 sale. Had no problem downloading to a memory stick. I'm looking for instructions to load this to Skyview.
Do I just stick it in and hit "load" from setup like when updating database?
It's a LOT of data, how long does it take to load? Will I need to put plane battery on charger?
Do I still need to update Dynon database each month or is that also part of SA download?
Thx for any help---I had a neighbor mess up his 10.0 upgrade yesterday and have to send his unit in, I'm trying not to repeat his mistakes.

The USB stick must reamain plugged into SkyView for this feature to work. You just plug it in and turn SkyView on. No "loading". You still need to update your Dynon database each month. See the following for more info:

We can generally recover failed updates in the field. Has your neighbor called us and verified it's one of the narrow situations that need to be returned?

Bummer---I didn't see that and loaded it to a huge memory stick..Also, neighbor did call yesterday and was told it needed to go back. He sent it express, you may have it already.
