Send Freqs to ICOM radio problem

I have the Skyview configured to send the frequencies to the ICOM 210 per the installation manual. I have a weird problem though. When I first select a freq, the "Tune Com" softkey shows on the Skyview display. I have to press the "Tune Com" softkey twice to transfer the freq to the standby position on the Icom. The first time never works. Anyone else heard of this problem?

I had the same issue, and since the Skyview didn't display the frequencies from the ICOM 210 (a red cross was displayed on the skyview top line), I switched off the ICOM 210 interface

I have had this issue when trying to send freqs to the SL30. Only happens since 10.* installed.

Also, if you happen to be able to do the following withing about an hour of SkyView power on time since an event like this occured (but not in flight, as it takes a handful of minutes), we'd love to get a diagnostic log from you on this:

1. Insert a USB flash drive. You'll need at least 500mb of space.
2. SETUP MENU > SYSTEM SOFTWARE > EXPORT DYNON DIAGNOSTIC FILE > (right click) > (fill out the information requested) > EXPORT (button)
3. Diagnostic file will be saved to the USB flash drive.
4. Zip the file if you know how (this step isn't critical, but lowers the upload time to our servers)
4. Upload the file using http://www.dynonavionics.com/docs/upload.html (it's a BIG file - too big to email). In the message area, please put a link to this thread and a note that this is about a frozen screen.

I think you replied in wrong thread? This thread is about having to press tune com twice to send freq from sky view.

We would definitely appreciate a data log from anyone seeing this issue with needing to press the TUNE COM button twice. We cannot reproduce it in house, and these diagnostic logs give us a lot of information about what is happening in your situation.

I uploaded a zipped diagnostic file to http://www.dynonavionics.com/docs/upload.html. I also took a video of having to press the "Tune COM" softkey twice each time. I will post it on the web tonight and send link.

Thanks for the video and diagnostic log. Great problem descriptions and data like this really help us figure out what's going on more efficiently.
