Had to send my 7" Classic EFIS back to Dynon for some issues with reading files during startup. Roundtrip from the East coast and back along with diagnostics and repair took less than three weeks. There were two issues: (1) some sort of firmware/software issue which needed factory reprogramming, (2) some sort of hardware/component failure requiring replacement. Anyway, this was all done under factory warranty repair and only cost me the shipping to get the unit to them. I am very pleased with customer support and tech support I received during the whole process and wanted to let others, as well as the Dynon team know. Thanks Dynon!
