Took the plane to Borrow AK this last week. Had a few issues with SV the week before I left but it was working. I had to reset it a few times in flight, about every leg the map was jumping all and SV telling me different items were not working, like auto pilot, loss of location (question mark where plane was) no transponder, ADSB. went for a short flight before the trip all good. Anyway the short of it is on the way to my home airport about 4 miles out SV just quit, dead no warning black screen, no come back on. Tried a reset nothing. After landing checked for loose cables all good, Back up battery shows full power. Next day still dead. Not sure what to check next. If the battery was good and connected SV should have stayed on. But I can check the power connection tomorrow.
I'm on the list to upgrade so maybe I'll get it soon, otherwise I'm grounded.

That stinks. I doubt it's a power issue with the symptoms leading up to the total failure. Sounds like the unit just croaked. I'd contact Dynon support and see if there's anything they can do.

What is the unit S/N? My unit, S/N ~3600, was susceptible to overheating Swapped with a REMAN unit.
