Skyview Classic restarts repeatedly.

When initially powered up, my left display out of two restarts repeatedly then instructs to download diagnostic file. However it doesn't recognize the USB drive. I downloaded the diagnostic file from the right display, does that contain any useful data that could help diagnose the fault? After several restarts, the display seems to be functional though I'm not able to update chart data due to the USB problem.

Shoudln't happen, unless there is some strange configuration defined in one of the units. TO get some more information just try to power up one of the sceens separately. Unplug one and see whether the other boots normally end then repeat with the other one unplugged.

I tried two different USB drives, neither were recognized. Both worked correctly in the other display.

Sounds like time to contact Dynon Tech Support directly. I would venture that without the ability to create a diagnostic file they will want you to send the unit.
